In regards to my business I would like to know more about establishing a network of birthing professionals. Creating a network for back-ups, referrals, and professional/personal support. I need specifics, like how do you work out a “back-up” doula system (pay, client visits, etc). What are the standards? How do you cultivate a supportive, rather than competitive environment? Just looking for ideas from people who have been successful with this (doula networks, co-ops, etc).
