We know that everything is super useful and you want to be a stocked #doulabag as soon as possible. Here is some helpful information regarding shipping and timeframes to ensure that you receive packages in a timely manner. Please be advised that I am also a practicing doula with a busy client load.
My processing time occasionally takes longer in the event of a lengthy birth & #BirthHangover period. Please allow 2 to 3 Business days to process orders. Orders are shipped via USPS, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.
I ship via USPS Media Mail (slowest), First Class (for small, lightweight packages), and Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and displayed in the checkout cart. International shipping is calculated based on weight and ships to anywhere in the world via USPS.
YourDoulaBag is not responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or fees that may incur for international orders. It is not legal for us to send international orders marked as “gift” in order to avoid import tarrifs, so please don’t ask.
Once orders are shipped, tracking numbers are sent via email immediately.
YourDoulaBag is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged packages. Please be VERY careful when entering your mailing address. Shipping fees only apply for the first attempt. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable mailing address, an invoice for reshipment fees will be sent to you. Your package will not ship out until reshipment fees have been paid. Address changes are not permitted after a package has shipped. Please verify all addresses entered at checkout for accuracy.
